Netscape Messenger Setup


Step one: 
From the Edit menu... Select Preferences -> Mail and Groups -> 
Mail Server... Enter the following information in the relevant boxes:

Mail Server User Name:
Your current e-mail login name (see below)

Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server:

Dial-up accounts: smtp.safepages.com

fiber accounts mail.ncwonline.com


Incoming Mail Server: mail.ncwonline.com
Mail Server Type:
POP3

Mail directory:
Leave blank and messenger will use a default location


Your email login name is your entire email address: you@ncwonline.com.  (Mail Server User Name) above.
Step two: Now click on the Identity tab  and enter the following information in the relevant boxes:   
Your Name:
the name you signed up for Internet service under

Your E-mail address: 
your-email-address@ncwonline.com

Reply-to Address:
(optional) 

Click the OK button and you are now ready to begin using your NCWonline Internet Service email account
If you have trouble with your email after following these instructions re-read and re-check your settings. If you still have trouble please call tech support right away at 886-2732 so we may provide assistance, It is important to us that you have a good experience using your email account on NCWonline Internet Service.
